BeniSky is an information service about the skyscrapers of Benidorm and the history of the city. The site sells nothing and does not offer any services or property. This legal notice applies to all pages under www.benisky.com.

The texts, design, graphics and the drawn skyline are protected by copyright and belong to SENDA HOME, S.L.. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is not permitted; short quotations with attribution are allowed.

Some of the photos come from Wikimedia Commons and Flickr and are published under free licences (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA); the author and licence are given beneath each image and in the picture credits.
