Eagle Tower

The Eagle Tower is the only TM tower that does not stand on the company’s big Poniente site. It rises behind Vía Parque, next to the Las Rejas golf course – and was occupied in 2025.

The story

In 2022 TM Grupo Inmobiliario from Torrevieja bought a plot on Vía Parque, between the residential complexes Las Terrazas and Jardín de Benidorm, right by the secondary school IES Mediterrània. In March 2023 the company presented the project: a tower with 25 floors and two basement levels, 108 apartments with one to three bedrooms and three penthouses with their own solarium. Entry price at the time: €215,000.

Golf views instead of a beach location

Unlike TM’s Sunset towers, the Eagle Tower stands around a kilometre from Poniente beach. In return it looks south over the nine-hole Las Rejas course to the sea. The 5,400 square metres of communal space include two pools, two jacuzzis, a gym, padel and multi-sports courts. The balconies have glass balustrades, and the parking spaces are pre-wired for electric-vehicle chargers.

Finished, but without a tape measure

Handover was planned for November 2024. TM now advertises ‘immediate delivery’, holiday apartments are being let, the last three-bedroom apartments cost around €490,000 to €575,000, the penthouse €800,000. Only one figure is missing from the specialist directories: the height. The directory rascacielos.be gives 94 metres and 27 floors. The sister tower Sunset Drive, also with 25 floors, measures 86 metres to the roof according to SkyDB – a similar figure is plausible for the Eagle Tower, but not documented.

One of ten

For TM the Eagle Tower is the smallest building block in a big bet on Benidorm. According to El Español the company has put up ten residential towers here and invested more than €400 million – from the first Sunset Drive in 2017 to the 230-metre TM Tower, due to be finished in 2028.
