Miragolf Playa
Miragolf Playa consists of three residential towers in Poniente, each turned in a different direction: Miragolf Playa 2 (115 m), Miragolf Playa 1 (105 m) and Torre Pinar.

The story
The complex was built from 2002 to 2005 on Avenida Adolfo Suárez, next to a pine forest and a 9-hole golf course. At the very top of each tower are two duplex penthouses of 258 square metres, each with a roof terrace and its own pool.
In February 2016 a penthouse on the 32nd floor caught fire. According to Spanish Wikipedia, the cause was a barbecue that had not been properly put out; sparks set the pine forest alight in several places.
Good to know
- Torre Pinar is the only one of the three towers with a panoramic lift at the back.
- Two of the architects, Olcina and Raduán, were later also involved in Intempo.
Open questions
