Sunset Sailors

The two Sunset Sailors towers are the newest addition to the skyline. Their shape recalls sailing ships, and every apartment faces south towards the sea.

The story

TM Grupo Inmobiliario unveiled the project in April 2023: two towers of 40 and 30 floors, 286 apartments and more than 11,000 square metres of communal areas. The handover date slipped several times; most recently TM gave August 2026.

The prices say a lot about the boom in Poniente: in 2023 they started at €319,000; by 2026 they were over €830,000.

Good to know

  • Sunset Sailors is part of TM’s ‘Sunset’ series in Poniente – after Sunset Drive, Sunset Waves and Sunset Cliffs, and before the TM Tower.

Open questions

  • The height has not been officially confirmed: 151 and 113 metres according to Wikipedia, 111 and 90 metres above ground according to the engineering firm.
  • The architect and contractor have not been named publicly.
  • It has not been confirmed whether the apartments have been handed over yet; TM most recently gave August 2026.
